We want you to love your Bag Legends purchase. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase as long as it has not been fulfilled or shipped. To cancel, contact us at baglegendsapparel@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges We accept exchanges for a different size or store credit (gift card) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To request an exchange, contact us at baglegendsapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.

Final Sale Items Limited release and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or cancellations.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
